The company Hugo Kämpf GmbH is located in Thüngen in Bavaria, Germany in the Main Spessart area.
18 km north of Würzburg and 30 km west of Schweinfurt in the middle of the Franconian wine country.
Here in Thüngen oak timber has been produced for more than 145 years. Our principle is:

WE SUPPLY WOOD
We are your timber trade for FSC certified wood, oak wood, oak sawn timber, smoked oak and other oak wood products in Germany.
For more than 145 years we have been producing oak sawn timber in our sawmill in Thüngen.
WE MAKE TABLE TOPS
Oak has a noble and strong appearance – in its natural state it is most beautiful! Aesthetic and unusual unique table tops made from the natural conditions of a tree – elegantly staged. For the character table tops, very deliberately unusual, live edged pieces are used. The natural growths such as knots, crevices and colour variations create the special character. Carefully dried and hand sanded, the silk matt surface with its unique feel is created. Many unique pieces await you in our exhibition in Thüngen.

Since 2004, we have been audited annually by the strict guidelines of the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®). With FSC® 100% our customers buy wood from controlled cultivation.
In this way, we ensure first-class quality and colour of the sawn timber through gentle drying processes. With the existing drying chambers and 3 large vacuum tubes, Hugo Kämpf can increase its storage capacity of chamber-dried oak wood FSC® certified.
